Sri Lanka Premier League Live Streaming (SLPL 2012): The 2012 SLPL will be the debut of the first edition of the tournament which was originally supposed to start in 2011 but plan were cancelled due to various reason.
A total of seven teams will participate in the tournament the top four teams with the highest points among the seven participants would qualify for the two semi finals. Foreign players from Bangladesh, Pakistan, West Indies and other countries are also participating in the league.

The league will be broadcasted live on Youtube globally, SLPL President confirmed that all twenty four matches would be broadcasted live. The move to stream the tournament on Youtube had been initiated by
Somerset Entertainment Ventures, who are handling the marketing and
operations of the SLPL
ESPN Star Sports hos the broadcasting right and will be telecasting the league in Sri Lanka, India, Bangladesh and Pakistan, as well as in a host of other South and South East Asian countries.
