The stream will be live for viewers outside India, but for Indian users the stream will be five minutes behind the normal TV transmission, but despite it it's a brilliant initiative by the BCCI, as the streaming experience is very smooth and without any lag whatsoever.

The BCCI live stream showed all the matches of England's tour to India and also showed the complete series between the West Indies and India, but it's not showing the current on going series taking place between Australia and India due to some reason.
