Afridi, Razzaq join Melbourne Renegades | Big Bash T20

Shahid Afridi and Abdul Razzaq will join Melbourne Renegades' as the two overseas players for the first season of the Twenty20 Big Bash League 
The pair were announced today, along with North Melbourne Football Club chairman James Brayshaw, who will also be chairman of the new T20 franchise.

Afridi and Razzaq take the Renegades signings to 16,  which include Victorian great Brad Hodge, rising batting stars Aaron Finch and Glenn Maxwell, plus fellow Bushrangers Andrew McDonald, Shane Harwood, Michael Hill, Ryan Carters, Will Sheridan and Jayde Herrick.

They will be coached by Victoria's Sheffield Shield assistant coach Simon Helmot.

Pakistani all rounder Rana Naveed has already been signed up by Hobart Hurricanes for the Big Bash T20 League.
