Chris Gayle Blasts Bangladesh fans as Windies Team Bus Attacked
The West Indies cricket squad bus was attacked by angry Bangladesh fans on Friday after the home team crashed to a nine-wicket defeat in the World Cup.
Two windows of the bus were shattered as it was leaving the Sher-e-Bangla stadium after the match, a police official said, adding that no player was injured.
A West Indies spokesman confirmed: "A couple of fans threw stones, two hit the window and it just broke. No one was hurt and we are safe."
But former captain Chris Gayle described a more dramatic version of events on Twitter.
