Wasim Akram, former Pakistan captain, has asked PCB to name Shahid Afridi captain for World Cup. Wasim Akram said "After announcing 15 players but not captain shows that you are double-minded. Afridi has struggled with bat but learning captaincy and leading from front, world cup is on slow wickets so Afridi would be the main player there.
Moreover, on World Cup, Wasim Akram said: With such grouping in World Cup, its very hard to pick one team as favourite but as far as recent performances are concerned India is strong contender".
